Gender Reveal Cupcakes!

A friend is having a gender reveal party today and asked me to make cupcakes! He or She? Which will it be?

Creamy Banana Mango Pops!

It's been a while since I posted anything, but figured I might start updating again. I have been a bit busier with my baking/cooking blog, Baking Up Yum, so I have been ignoring my Instalove. ;) Well here are some creamy banana mango pops I decided to make on the fly. They were delish! Made with half a banana, about a cup of chopped honey mango, 2 heaping teaspoons of honey, 1teaspoon of Mexican vanilla, 4-5 teaspoons of plain Greek yogurt and 3/4 cup of Lite Coconut Milk. The fruit and honey provided natural sweetness so these have no added sugar. These were super creamy and super delicious! Enjoy!
